Please note, support agreements are available and priority will be given to our support customers. If you would like to become a priority support customer, please contact us for a copy of the options relating to your equipment configuration.

Instructions

For 'live' online support, please click on either of the file links below as instructed by your support technician to download the remote assistance software.

  • After clicking on the file link, select RUN to initiate the software.
  • The program will install a temporary file on your PC allowing us to take control of your software through
    the internet and assist you in configuring your PC or resolving any issues you may have.
  • You will be able to view the activities of the INLINE Systems technician on your PC at all times.
  • A high speed ADSL or broadband internet connection is required for this level of support.
