SurgiTel’s Ultralight Front lens mounted loupes are the perfect fit for the practitioner looking for a comfortable level of working magnification with expanded field sizes and long depths of field. The patented front lens loupe design includes a fully adjustable declination angle which means that you can set the loupe to your best working posture and precise visual alignment.

The vertical slide plus the double adjustment feature ensures that you always have a perfectly aligned loupe which is unachievable with other loupes as they only have a single adjustment.

Depth-of-field (DoF): achievable DoF will vary according to:

  • Eye accommodation capability
  • Working distance (longer = more DoF)

FieldSize (FS) – achievable FS will vary according to:

  • How close the ocular is to the eye
  • Working Distance (longer = more FS)

Working Distance range example: For an EVC 250M, if your actual working distance is 38cm, then the working distance range will be from 28-48cm with a 20cm depth-of-field (38cm minus 10cm and 38cm plus 10cm).
